Countryside Worker

We have full and part-time Countryside Worker positions available from now until the end of the year.

We perform a variety of different tasks during our season. These include sheeting feedstock clamps, harvesting, or potato grading.

The field work is walking up & down arable fields pulling out the plants which are not wanted. You could be doing any of these tasks throughout the season.

All the tasks are fairly straightforward and require very little training. They can sometimes be intensive and physically demanding so you should already be quite fit!

Hours – We usually start around 7am and finish around 6pm with an hours worth of breaks during the day. These times may vary from day to day.

No experience is necessary as full training will be given. You must be contactable by telephone and email. Transport may be available depending on where you live although having a driving licence is a definite advantage as you could be driving one of our vehicles.

Ideally, we are looking for staff who can work at least 5 days a week but if you have other commitments please let us know on your application form as we can tailor your shifts around them. We also sometimes work Saturdays during peak periods.

Please note we are unable to provide accommodation.
